Orchard Reserve Red Cider - $18

Our orchard reserve red cider blends several varieties of apples from the Niedzwetzkyana family of apples noted for its red-fleshed fruit. There’s nothing but apples in this cider! Aromas of cherry and vanilla with notes of dried plums, pomegranate, cinnamon, and crabapple compote. Pairs well with hearty soups, cassoulets, and other slow-cooked fall and winter fare.

 

Field Run Semi-Dry Cider - $10

500ml

ABV 6.0%     RS 1.4%     TA 0.5%     PH 3.8

Our field run semi-dry cider blends mid-season maturing apples. Residual sugars are left behind, lending a subtle sweetness that draws out this cider’s aromatic qualities. Lightly floral with notes of baked apple, sweet grass, and Meyer lemon. Enjoy on its own or with soft cheeses, crudités, and summer salads. 

Orchard Reserve Quince Cider - $18

ABV 6.0%     RS 1.0%     TA 0.7%     PH 3.7

Our orchard reserve quince cider blends several varieties of quince and late maturing apples to produce a cider with botanical and floral undertones. Notes of wild rose, honeycomb, and green banana with a crisp apple finish. Serve with fresh berries, rustic breads, and desserts.

 

Field Run Dry Cider - $10

500ml

ABV 6.5%     RS 0.0%     TA 0.6%     PH 3.7

Our field run dry cider blends early and late-season maturing apples in a complete fermentation, resulting in a crisp cider with balanced acidity and no residual sugars. Notes of oak, apple skins, dried mushroom, and sherry. Pair with roasted vegetables, fingerling potatoes, charcuterie, or other savory delights.
